If you think 900 degrees is too much, you can reduce the maximum rotation angle on the wheel itself. I think mine is at 500 ish degrees for forza. DaaaaaaBears • 11 yr. ago. I recently stopped playing Forza after I got a CSR, and i felt if I ran with a high amount of lock, the front wheels just went and I only got understeer.
Picked up Horizon 5 (i have played all of them so im not new to the game) and i finally decided its time to get a wheel for this bad boy. Look on FB Marketplace, find a Logitech G29 with the add on shifter in basically brand new condition for sale for $400CAD. Offer the guy $275 he says yes, i pick up wheel pedals and shifter thinking to myself
Hello does anyone have really good settings for g29 on 900 degrees steering. I want to steer on 900 degrees to make it feel more a real car. Does anyone have the wheel settings for it. I am on pc btw.
Normal Wheel settings for any sim race game in Windows/the Wheel software with my G25. Overall effects strength 100 (can move up and down depending on how you like it) Spring Effect and /damper effect Strength at 0 these are for canned effects (also 0 in game) Centering Spring off Degrees of Rotation 900 in my case works for all good sims.
Not until the stick goes over like 30 degrees does the wheel turn. That stops the car from doing this from small inputs. sry i couldnt help more. If you have a pc or laptop, plug it in and recalibrate the steering. Open command prompt and type "joy.cpl" and press enter then just follow the instructions.
this is what makes FH5 a bad game. the wheel, in almost every racing game ive ever played (been using them since ps2) the game gets easier with a wheel. from gran turismo, too need for speed, assetto corsa, forza motorsport. played all those games on controller. THENNN i played with a wheel. every single game got easier to play because well
XdM8e. Also turn on telemetry and make sure throttle and brake go 0-100. I feel like Horizon is better played on 270-540 rotation, on gear driven wheels the feedback isn't good enough for 900. 900 is nice for drifting though, but logitech wheels self steer too slow to keep up so you have to wrestle them around a lot.
The Logitech G920 is a great wheel for most levels of Forza drivers. rotation between 270-900 degrees, 12-bit resolution optical reading for precision response, and a high-performance force
